These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Griffin Blueprint digital products and members-only content. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What You’re Buying

You are purchasing access to digital course content (text-based lessons) and a downloadable CSV bonus. No physical goods are shipped. Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment.

2. Price & Taxes

The current price for the course is USD $27. Applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout. Displayed currency conversions are estimates; the actual charge may reflect your payment provider’s conversion.

When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. Squarespace Payments makes use of the following third party service providers which will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies:

4. Delivery & Account Access

Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased digital content and any members-only areas required to view it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Do not share or resell access.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase if the course isn’t a fit for you. To request a refund, email support@griffinblueprint.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method in accordance with platform/payment timelines.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, or otherwise misuse the content. Automated access or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the site—including course text, downloads, templates, branding, and other content—are owned by Griffin Blueprint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

This product is for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes or earnings. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. Where affiliate links are used, they will be disclosed and do not affect your price.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase or use of the content is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Griffin Blueprint from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in New South Wales to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
